Ordering
How does ordering work?
Send a request with the flavors you’d like. We’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm what’s available and your total, then agree on a pickup time or set up a courier. Nothing is charged when you send a request.
How much is it, and how big is a bar?
$7 per bar, and each bar is about 2.5 by 2.5 inches. There’s no minimum or maximum, though larger orders may need more time.
Is it available right now?
Sometimes we have shortbread on hand; otherwise we bake to order, so there’s no set bake day. We’ll confirm timing when we reply to your request.
Do you take custom, large, corporate, or wholesale orders?
Yes. Write to us with what you have in mind. For custom flavors, recipe development costs are yours, and we’ll treat your money like our own.

Where do I pick up?
Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We’ll agree on a time and share the details by email.
Do you deliver or ship?
We don’t deliver or ship, but we can send your order by Uber courier at your expense.
The shortbread
How is it packaged?
Each bar comes in its own jacket. We don’t offer gift boxes or notes yet. Stay tuned for hardcover editions.
How should I store it?
It’s shelf stable, but we like it refrigerated. It’s best within 10 days.
Can I freeze it?
Yes. Seal it in a freezer bag, then thaw it on the counter or in the fridge.
What about allergens?
Every flavor contains wheat and milk, and some also contain peanuts, soy, or egg. It’s all made in a home kitchen where cross-contamination is possible. Each flavor’s full ingredients and allergens are in its Quick View on the shelf.
